1. Who we are

This website is published by SatDream Tech. For any question about this policy or about the personal data we hold, write to contact@satdream.tech.

2. What this website collects

satdream.tech is a static website. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors across sites.

• Contact form — when you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, organization and message you provide. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on the conversation.
• Server logs — our hosting provider records standard technical access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent) for security and troubleshooting.
• Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers. If you would prefer this not to happen, we can self-host the fonts on request.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not use behavioural analytics on this site.

4. How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is active, and for up to three years after the last contact. Server logs are retained according to our host's standard retention period.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and portability, and you may object to processing. Write to contact@satdream.tech and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

6. Data inside a SatView deployment

This is the part that usually matters most to our customers.

SatView is self-hosted. When you deploy it, the application runs on your infrastructure, and the imagery, areas of interest, orders, detections, reports and audit logs it holds stay there. SatDream Tech has no access to them and operates no cloud service through which they pass.

Two things are worth being explicit about:

• You are the data controller for everything inside your deployment. Retention, access control and lawful basis are set by your organization, not by us.
• Outbound connections are yours to configure. Satellite ephemeris updates, imagery provider APIs, weather and geocoding services, and any hosted AI provider you choose to enable, are outbound calls made by your instance to third parties. They can be scoped, mirrored or disabled to suit your environment.

If we provide support and need to see data from your deployment, we ask first, and only for what is needed to resolve the issue.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
